My Story
When I joined this program my weight was 124 kg and my waist was 52 inches. So needless to say I was way obese and actually round. I did want to lose weight but I didn't know where to start and I found out about this from my father who was undergoing treatment for diabetes. So then I came in contact with Kamal who first tried to get to know how my day is spent, what my eating habits and sleeping habits are. And he asked me to send him my laboratory test so he can have a clear idea of my organs, basically how my internal body was functioning. And firstly I have never heard of a test called HOMA-IR which was for insulin resistance. And after getting the test done, I found out from that test if I'm on my way to type 2 diabetes. I was actually shocked to see the result. My insulin resistance was at severe level and I was having vitamin D deficiency also vitamin B12 deficiency. It was actually quite a big shock for me to see how bad my health was. And then my program started and a dietician kept in touch with me where I had to share all the meals which I was going to eat. She sent me a plan on what I should eat and what my regular day will be like. They already knew my schedule so they put a new schedule for me which was according to my needs and I can go with my regular day. Once the program started there were difficulties but motivation for me was that I was doing it for my family. As my weight kept reducing and I saw the changes, my high energy levels, I could perform dance better, and I was at the brink of parenthood, and helping my wife out was much easier.
Cutting the long story short I lost 24kgs. I'm in double digits now and still a long way to go but it's giving me the motivation to lose the next 24, basically 25 kgs. My old clothes are loose, people started noticing. My energy levels are way too high now. I am a happy man. So I suggest you to take this program, take it as a challenge not just for the sake of losing weight Because at the end of the day if anyone can do it so can we.
