Effective Date: September 2026 | The Good Health Clinic (TGHC)
The Good Health Clinic (TGHC) virtual care and coaching services are NOT a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a severe or life-threatening medical emergency (e.g. chest pain, severe shortness of breath, sudden numbness, uncontrolled bleeding), immediately call your national emergency helpline (112 or 108 in India) or visit the nearest hospital casualty emergency department.
By accessing our website (tghclinic.com), utilizing our virtual care application, booking an onsite health camp, or participating in a corporate wellness clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Telemedicine consultations facilitated by TGHC are conducted by licensed physicians registered with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or relevant State Medical Councils. Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person physical exams. The consulting physician reserves clinical discretion to recommend in-person physical examination or hospital referral where necessary.
Doctors on our platform issue prescriptions in accordance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), India. Schedule X controlled narcotics, habit-forming sedatives, and restricted drugs cannot and will not be prescribed via telehealth.
Corporate wellness deployments, onsite clinics, and health screening camps are governed by their respective Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). TGHC adheres strictly to occupational health standards, bio-medical waste disposal rules, and statutory factory compliance norms.
